In dieser Hausarbeit soll dargestellt werden, wie mit Hilfe des Vier-Komponenten-Instruktionsdesign-Modells (4C/ID Modell), von Jeroen van Merriënboer die Aneignung komplexer Fähigkeiten erreicht werden kann. Die gewählten komplexen Aufgaben dieser Hausarbeit stammen aus dem Bereich der Drogenprävention. Drogenprävention ist einerseits ein relevantes Arbeitsgebiet für den Bildungswissenschaftler, andererseits in der heutigen Gesellschaft eine notwendige Maßnahme. Gemäß der Drogenaffinitätsstudie 2011 von der Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung ist ein Rückgang in Bereichen von Tabak- und Alkoholkonsum sowie Cannabiskonsum zu erkennen. Aus präventiver Sicht besteht jedoch weiterhin ein großer Handlungsbedarf (Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung 2012,S.58). Die Hausarbeit besteht aus einem praktischen und einem theoretischen Teil. Im praktischen Teil wird ein Lehrplanentwurf (Blueprint) für das Training des Bildungswissenschaftlers entworfen. Der Bildungswissenschaftler übernimmt die Rolle des Lernenden, welcher Fertigkeiten für einen Informationsabend zum Thema Drogen für Eltern erwerben soll. Informationsveranstaltungen zum Thema Drogen sind in den Bereichen der Primärprävention angesiedelt, welche zur großen Gruppe der Drogenpräventionen gehört. Der Lernende wird hierbei für die Organisation, Durchführung und Evaluation des Informationsabends befähigt. Im theoretischen Teil werden lerntheoretische Überlegungen und Aspekte des situativen Lernens mit dem 4CID Modell in Beziehung gesetzt. Danach werden beispielhafte didaktische Szenarien und geeignete Medien für den Blueprint betrachtet. Zum Schluss erfolgt eine kurze Zusammenfassung und eine Reflektion darüber, ob sich das Vier – Komponenten – Modell für den Lernenden bewährt hat. Obwohl sich diese Arbeit auf beide Geschlechter bezieht, wird zur Gewährleistung einer angenehmeren Lesbarkeit auf eine zweigeschlechtliche Formulierung verzichtet.
